The first of its kind in Canada, Bob & Michael’s Place is a 10-storey building with a mix of micro, studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites, street-level retail, and an integrated health centre at 32 West Hastings.
Of the 231 suites, 111 are available at affordable housing rates, and 120 are available as subsidized units. Residents will enjoy access to the unique Community Partnerships Program that will connect local organizations with residents to offer opportunities and resources in Wellness, Life Skills and Mentoring, and Experiences.
