Bob & Michael’s Place provides 231 new independent living homes alongside a 50,000 square foot integrated health centre that serves the entire community, creating a lasting impact on the lives of its residents.

Bob & Michael’s Place is a response to one of our neighbourhood’s greatest needs—affordable community housing.
